Why doesn’t it have more notes? Because it’s bullshit! Trying to force yourself into someone else’s circumstances is worse than making fun of them. Those people will never understand what it is to stand in line at HHS, to have housing inspectors come to your home and tell your parents that it isn’t safe enough because your shitty drug addict land lord still hasn’t fixed a faulty wiring job. To be made fun of at the register while your mom tries to buy groceries. At the end of the day they go back to their mansions, they go to their $100 dinners and their Mercedes Benz. My life isn’t some social experiment, it’s fucking hard. It’s a daily struggle, not a 30 minute grocery trip, and some “really hard” math.
