Did you like Portal? Well they made a new one with a different name and it is very good, though not great.
Deux Ex: Human Revolution was a pleasant experience overall. My play style was full-stealth, except for the rocket launcher I carried for boss battles.
As a cyborg you get a lot of cool implants including social augmentations. Social augs allow you to read biometric emotional cues, then release tailor-made pheromones to manipulate people. Like cults, that qualifies as coolwrong.

I chose Green, but I would have chosen Blue had I fully understood the ramifications.
I am disappointed that there was no romance conflict scene: Having chosen Sam Trainor early, I had no idea I was freezing out hunky Garrus. Now Commander Shepard wishes she could hip-thrust at Garrus, if only I wasn’t disassembled.
Still very pleased to have played this game.

Limbo is a real punch in the head for an arachnaphobe like me. I picked it up as a part of the most recent humble bundle to have a chance to play through the whole thing myself.
I banged my palm on the armrest. I made a fist as I gave the order: “Fire photon torpedoes!” I whispered to indicate (to myself) the responses from my loyal crew. (“They’re coming around for another pass, sir!” and “Shields at 71%!”)
Helm, hard to starboard. Bring us about. Target their engines and fire phasers.
